Access and Mobility
We understand the importance of providing a service to the less able and one of our prestigious services is to update and install disabled and OAP friendly bathrooms. We have gained great experience from working in residential care homes and can install anything from non-slip flooring to DDA compliant bathrooms. Reactive and Planned Maintenance
We are able to accommodate all your day-to-day reactve maintenance needs; we can cover anything from broken windows, forced entries and lock changes to leaking pipes and roofs. After the initial repair we will be happy to supply you with a written quotation for any remedial works required, i.e. redecoration etc.As well as reactive maintenance we can install a planned maintenance programme. This will minimise your reactive maintenance needs and so minimise the disruptions to your workforce or home
Refurbishment and Small Works
We are able to carry out full refurbishments to offices and homes including bathrooms, kitchens, hallways etc. This will be to a planned time scale agreed with you to minimise disruption to your office or home.
Private Landlords and Letting Agents
We currently work with private landlords and letting agents in and around the Colchester area. We are able to provide a service to accomodate all your and your tenants' needs. PAT testing, Electrical Inspections and GAS certificates can be provided.
